have been offering you the 2010 Casali di Bibbiano Argante with massive
success. Customers love the wine. We have had more resale wines than any other
red wine this year. The wine is a winner. Now purely by chance the Winery
discovered that they still had some 2009 available. A customer of theirs had
promised to take them but never did. I tasted the wine and was floored! The
wine is gorgeous, everything the 2010 is but a little more supple and longer on
the back end. Absolutely delicious. Wow what a wine and what a deal. You are

wine is made by Gioia Cresti one of the best winemakers in Tuscany. Her partner
is Carlo Ferrini and together they have made some of the greatest Tuscan reds.
She makes Fontalpino, Petrolo and Sette Ponti. This wine was brought to the US
by Italian Restaurateur Alberto Guaranine. Born is Sienna he built a very
successful high end Italian Restaurant in Pennsylvania and Florida. Alberto got
tired of serving mediocre wines in his restaurants and jumped at the
opportunity to purchase a well-established winery in Tuscany, Casali di
Bibbiano. Bibbiano has made great wines in Tuscany for decades, in fact
Sassicaia’s wine maker used to make their wine. He hired Cresti to make the
wine and the results are spectacular. He is also able to hold onto his wines
longer as the Wineries main function is to service his restaurants not to sell
wine direct. If you loved 2010 you will adore 2009. Enjoy
