Since 2004 the winemaker for Meerlust wines has been Chris Williams. Chris worked under Michel Rolland (who consults for more than 100 wineries world wide) and Giorgio Dalla Cia, winemaker for 25 years at Meerlust, Award, 2005 Winemaker of the Year and former winemaker at Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande (2nd Growth Estate)
