Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot thrive here, with grapes that are the best of Cali’s opulent, fruit forward style yet Old World in their freshness and natural acidity that makes them such perfect food wines. Vines are on the Bolgheri plains, grapes undergo temperature controlled fermentation, manual punch down and pumpovers. One year in barrique, minimum six months in bottle.
