Tasting Notes: Made with a "coupage" (blend) of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano grapes from our best vineyards. Low-temperature fermentation and 24-month ageing in selected French (60%) and American (40%) oak casks. A seductive aroma of ripe red fruits (morello and black cherries) enveloped in natural coffee and chocolate notes that lead to a palate shwoing hints of spices such as black pepper and ginger. Nuances of fine woods. Complex and very spicy. Long, elegant finish. In the aftertaste nuances of red fruits, chocolate and spices emerge.
