Tasting Notes: Every year Prosecco grows in popularity. Winelovers are moving away from stuffy champagne and turning to the fun sparkler Prosecco. We tasted over thirty Prosecco's and Terrazo Prosecco was the one we picked. It offers tremendous quality at the price, a tiny bubble, glorious fruit, superb green apples and peach on the palate, a hint of minerality and a smooth cream finish. The wine is made by the famous Colli del Soligo from grapes grown in the foothills of the alps. Packaging was designed by award winning designer Louise Fili. This is a tasty treat for all occasions, as an aperitif, with oysters or light fare. At the price perfect for Sunday Afternoons.
