He spent the next few years restoring both the cellars and the vineyard. To ensure that the highest quality wines were being produced from the vineyards he enlisted the help of Italy’s top oenologist, Carlo Ferrini. Superb plum and berry with a seductive deep bouquet, full yet complex and elegant with very fine tannins and a spectacular finish.
