Bouquet of ripe blackberry and raspberry, hints of spice follows through to a full body and already well-integrated tannins and chocolate gives way to a warm finish. This wine is great with all red meats, including beef and lamb.  It is perfect with veal roasts and elegant preparations of poultry.
