White Wine Hand-Picked
Tasting Notes: The 2008 Chenin Blanc-Viognier flaunts lush aromas of ruby grapefruit, pear, lychee and melon, with a delicate touch of spicy, white florals. Lively citrus and bright tropical fruit flavors are offered up alongside a supple texture. The slightly off-dry finish is clean and crisp, perfect with many dishes or on its own as an aperitif. Enjoy now or cellar for two years.

Red Wine Hand-Picked
93 Pts RP r Tasting Notes: This is an extremely limited release (1800 bottles) from the family estate that is making a name for itself as well as gaining a reputation as one of the designated vineyards for the highly respected Bergstrom winery. All farmed biodynamically, there is a purity and quiet presence to this remarkably refined offering. Dark ruby color, cool nose of dark berries and some notes of cocoa, clove, and toast, tender but fresh, almost crunchy, complex fruit tones, clearly this is a cut above. Advocate 92-93 on the prior three vintages, this can definitely run with big dog Burgundies. Definitely special.

Full ruby. Sexy, highly perfumed aromas of black raspberry, candied cherry, Asian spices and incense, with a slow-building vanilla note. Plush and expansive, offering sappy dark berry flavors that show liqueur-like intensity and depth. Surprisingly lively wine, with spice and floral notes carrying through the very long, juicy finish. There's no problem drinking this now but it has the depth to reward patience.

Polished and focused, with gorgeous cherry, currant and mineral flavors mingling seamlessly on the taut structure, finishing sleek and balanced with mouthwatering acidity.
