For more than four generations, the most important thing for the Mitjans family has been the care of their vineyards, Can Mayol estate located in the Penedes region, with the aim of achieving the best quality for their wines and cavas. This cava is a blend of classic Penedes varietals: Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Perfect as an aperif. Straw yellow color with fine beading and small bubbles. The bouquet is delicate with subtle notes of green almond on a background of ripe pear. It’s beautifully creamy on the palate with soft candied citrus flavors, a hint of bitter almond and a trace of toasty brioche from the aging on the lees.
