Tasting Notes :The 2005 vintage for Red Burgundy is superb and not to be missed. The Bouley family has run the Domaine for three generations. Their Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2005 is the best tasted at this price in ages. Parker refers to Bouley as "a hot new star". The wine is a sensory dream, superb balance on the nose and palate that is complex and layered and lush showing black cherry, spice and nuances of smoky, toasty oak. Wonerfully elegant on the long finish. A must for Pinot Lovers.
