Tasting Notes :Produced with Candida's, Parolise's and Sorbo Serpico's grapes, Fiano di Avellino has a pale straw yellow colour, elegant scents with floral and fruity tones, pleasant mineral notes enriched with resinous scents and a hint of honey after ageing. It tastes dry, fine, full-bodied, structured and balanced on the palate, with a lingering aroma of ripe peach and pear.
