Tasting Notes: Most Pinot Grigio are more water than wine. Most remind me of flavored alcohol rather than great white wine and quite frankly we hardly ever recommend Pinot Grigio.

This Pinot Grigio however is delicious. Northern Italy makes some of the greastest white wines in all of Europe, this wine coming from Friuli and everything is in the right place. Flows from the glass with layers of intense, perfumed fruit. Layers of sweet, perfumed fruit caress the palate as this silky, understated and totally classy Pinot Grigio opens up in the glass. A superb value.
