Cesare and Renato Ruggeri are the current custodians of this extraordinary heritage of experience, large and small production secrets, a knowledge of the terroir and its varietals, Prosecco is both the name of the grape and the name of the wine. Made in the traditional Champagne method; but the resulting wine is lightly bubbled with softer flavours than typical Brut Champagne. The ultimate aperitif but also perfect with lighter dishes and Sunday brunch.
