Tasting Notes: Robert Parker :The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Merlot) exhibits a fragrant, compelling bouquet of blue and black fruits, crushed rocks, white flowers, and hints of white chocolate and mocha. It offers a long, silky, full-bodied, multilayered mouthfeel as well as extremely velvety tannins in the finish. This 2007 can be drunk young, or cellared for 20+ years.
