Tasting Notes: Angelus Reserva is an intense red wine with a rich aroma of black cherries with cedar notes, well structured with ripe tannins, good balance and an excellent finish. This wine was produced from the highest quality Baga grapes and after a long vinification was aged for another twelve months in French and American oak barrels. It can be enjoyed now, or cellared, where it will only improve with age. This wine is ideal with red meat, yet substantive enough to enjoy on its own.
